The Everest Three Passes Trip is a viable option; it is Nepal's most demanding trek. On its whole route, the Everest Three Passes Trek covers the majority of the Everest area. One of the most daring and contentious hikes in Nepal's Everest Region. The Sherpa people and the mystical Yeti are also thought to call this place home. Renjo La Pass, Cho La Pass, and Kongma La Pass are all part of the adventure Three Passes Trek. The trek's main highlights include Gokyo Lake, Gokyo Ri (5,360m), and Three high passes. Likewise, Kalapathar Peak, Everest Base Camp, and Chhukung Ri.

Three Passes Trek Itinerary

Day 1, Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel.

Day 2, Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,850m), trek to Phakding (2,652m).

Day 3, Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,456m).

Day 4, Acclimatization Day. Hiking to the Everest view hotel, from where you can see very exciting views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse Sahar, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and many beautiful peaks. Enjoying seeing the panoramic view of the Everest Himalayan range.

Day 5, Trek to Tyangboche 3,860m

Day 6, Trek to Dingboche 4,410m

Day 7, Trek to Chhukung 4,730m

Day 8, Hiking to Chhukung Ri 5,550m

Day 9, Trek to Labuche 4,930m via Kongma La Pass 5,535m (long and hard day of this trek)

Day 10, Trek to Gorekshep 5,190m (afternoon visit Everest Base camp 5, 364m), it depends on your condition.

Day 11, Hiking to Kalapathar 5,545m, Trek to Dzongla 4,830m

Day 12, Hiking to Chola pass 5,420m, trek descending to Thagnak 4,700m.

Day 13, Trek to Gokeyo Lake4,790m. (Walking through the glacier)

Day 14, Hiking to Gokyo Ri (5,360m) (enjoy with Incredible Everest Himalayan Range, Beautiful Gokyo Lake, Glacier, and Glacial Lakes), stay at the same lodge.

Day 15, Trek to Lungdhen 4380m via Renjo La Pass (5,360m) from the Renjola top. You can enjoy seeing Spectacular views of Mount Everest, Mount Chho-yo, Tabuche, and Cholatse Peak. Besides that Mount Makalu, Amadablam, Thamserku Peak, Gokyo Lake, and an incredible view of the Ngozumba glacier.

Day 16, Trek back to Thame 3800m.

Day 17, Trek back to Namche Bazaar 3,440m

Day 18, Trek back to Lukla (2,840m).

Day 19, Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
